Join us for an activity-filled week as we gather in Athens! As you begin your journey as a Bobcat, you'll be welcomed with events that will help you get connected, feel supported, and prepare you for a successful start at OHIO! This slate of events will introduce you to faculty, staff, and many of the resources available within the Ohio University and Athens communities. Whether you are joining us on campus for your first year, or returning to OHIO, we want you to feel welcome and ready for the year to come.
Each fall the Graduate School offers a lineup of events during the week before classes begin to welcome and help acclimate new graduate students to campus and to welcome back current graduate students.
Your Peer Leader will welcome you at orientation, and assist and guide you throughout the week and beyond. They will also help you to discover all of the resources, activities and organizations available to you as an AUS student.
While university can be a wonderful experience, you may also have times when you are struggling with stressful situations or experiences involving your academics, family, relationships or social life.
